We understand that sometimes your order may not be exactly right — and that’s okay. At Maison FERAÏA, we’ve made returns simple, clear, and stress-free.

Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Maison FERAÏA Gift Card.

To start a return, you’ll need your order number and the ZIP code used at checkout.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.

• Store credit is issued as a Maison FERAÏA Gift Card

• Delivered via email

• Never expires

• Can be used on any future order

Please note: processing times may vary slightly based on inspection and volume.

Return Window

• Returns must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

• Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted

• Items returned without an approved request may be rejected

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

• Original tags attached (and hygienic liners, if applicable)

Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for an exchange or store credit and may be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
