We know anticipation is part of the Maison experience, and we want you informed every step of the way. Once your order leaves our atelier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check Your Email/WhatsApp
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number and courier details.

2. Visit Delhivery’s Tracking Page
Go to Delhivery Tracking.

3. Enter Your Tracking Number
Input your tracking number and click “Track” to see your shipment’s real-time status.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Delays may occur due to weather, courier capacity, or unforeseen events. We recommend allowing a little extra time in such cases.
