Maison FERAÏA is a premium fashion house that creates exclusive, limited-run pieces.
We design clothing for those who prefer standing out without trying too hard.
Every release is ultra-limited — once sold out, it’s gone for good.

2. Do you restock items once they’re sold out?

No. We believe in exclusivity.
Every drop is a one-time release — no second chances.
If you see something you like, secure it before it’s gone.

3. Where do you ship?

  • India: We offer free standard shipping nationwide.

  • International: Available for select regions only.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • India (Standard): 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • International: Varies by region. Our team will guide you during checkout.

  • Order Processing: 4–14 days depending on availability & demand (we work on a made-to-order and limited inventory model).

5. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
You can follow your order’s journey in real time.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll take care of it.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available within India for select pin codes.
International orders are prepaid only.
