Refunds will only be granted for products that are verified to be defective. We understand that receiving a defective product can be frustrating, and in such instances, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will review the product for defects and, if necessary, arrange for the return of the item for inspection.
Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be defective, we will process your refund. Alternatively, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but the item is not defective, we offer a credit note valid for 6 months. This credit note can be used toward future purchases on our platform, providing flexibility and convenience for your shopping experience. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with sizing, color preference, or for products that have been used or tampered with.
