Our exchange policy is designed to offer convenience and fairness to our customers. We accept exchanges for products under specific conditions, ensuring you have the flexibility you need:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Timely reporting allows us to assess and resolve the issue effectively. Once we verify the issue, we will initiate an exchange process.
Other Exchanges: We also accept exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. However, a small delivery fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
Conditions for Exchanges:
Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories. The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. In the case of exchanges, replacement items will be sent out, subject to availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative solution.

Steps to Request an Exchange:

Submit Your Request:
Contact our support team with your order number and issue at Returns@maisonferaia.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate your exchange. -
Confirmation & Payment:
A small handling fee of ₹250 is applicable for the two-way delivery service. We will share the payment details upon your request. -
Pack Your Item:
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. -
Pickup & Exchange:
Once the handling fee is confirmed, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup. The exchange product will be delivered after inspection of the returned item.
